Fire has been both a blessing and a bane of human existence for millennia. Fire has provided warmth, a way to cook, clean, and a variety of other essential necessities to humans. 

However, fire has also caused massive destruction throughout history, with major fires have taken millions of lives throughout time. Fires such as the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, and the Great Fire of Rome in 64 AD have proven time and again how powerful and deadly fire can be.

‘Fire Commander’ places players directly in the path of deadly fires such as these, making it their responsibility to protect their cities from these fires, and to snuff out the fires that break out in the city where they are stationed before they become great fires that live on in infamy in the pages of history.

In ‘Fire Commander’ players are in charge of a fire department and a fire crew. It is their responsibility to decide how to handle different situations, how they will rescue trapped people, how to put out fires without letting them spread, etc. Every decision will have consequences and making the wrong one can have disastrous effects.

Players will have to rescue people, put out fires, save valuable equipment, and more. The game offers a range of different firefighter classes and allows players to customize vehicles, equipment, firefighter kits, and gear to allow them to fight fires as effectively as possible and carry out whichever strategy they choose to go with.

The game has a story campaign, as well as side missions for players to experiment with different ideas and equipment.

‘Fire Commander’ is developed by ‘Atomic Wolf’ and ‘Pixel Crow’ and will be released on Steam at a yet-to-be-determined date.
